You don’t work at a radio station without wearing multiple hats, and I seem to be collecting a lot here at Project. In addition to hosting mornings on the weekends, I also get to work with our awesome businesses and impact partners, and recently signed on as the Digital Director which means I get to…direct…all things digital. I’m thankful they let me write my own job description!
I’ve called Boise home for more than 35 years and can’t ever see myself living anywhere else. My wife and two teenage kids keep me busy and when I’m not hanging with them, or at the station, you’ll find me playing tennis, going to the movies, or busting out an overly complicated, strategy board game with some good friends.
I showed up in October of 2018 to volunteer for the station after I saw the impact it was having on my fam. I love that Project is different from anything else offered on the radio. From the music to the mission, Project is reaching people mostly forgotten and overlooked and saying “you are needed, you are welcome, you are important, and you are loved.” That’s a solid message for everyone, myself included, to hear frequently.
